At Conversion.com, our process is built on iterative experimentation—like a scientist in a lab, but with wireframes instead of beakers. In-person ideation sessions with Wild strengthened our partnership and fostered creative synergy, earning glowing feedback from key stakeholders and showcasing our bold approach to exceptional UX.
Solutions
Our experiments identified and optimised key UX levers that shape user behavior. Leveraging AI tools for predictive accuracy, we introduced a standout solution—a scent quiz that engaged users and guided their choices. This collaborative effort within our pod won me the 2023 Conversion Design of the Year Award, celebrating teamwork, innovation, and user engagement.
Outcome
Our collaboration with Wild has driven revenue, supported a radical redesign, and secured 18 months of client loyalty. In 2023, we surpassed our target of +£695K, a key milestone. Leading this project, I’m proud of the impactful experiments, insights, and UI standards we upheld. Adapting to constant SKU changes has honed my design skills, and our work showcases the power of creative experimentation and strong client relationships—delivering growth and a refined user experience aligned with Wild’s values.
