Process
I began with thorough data analysis, competitor benchmarking and insights from our experimentation programme, grounding every decision in research and agile methodologies. With key pain points identified and a focus on usability and accessibility, I crafted a responsive design that drew on best practices from diverse sectors. Regular feedback and collaboration allowed for ongoing refinement with both internal teams and stakeholders.

Solutions
Two key solutions stood out: a revamped donation widget, featuring impact-focused copy to boost motivation, and an engaging hero section that highlighted beneficiary stories, fostering a deeper connection with donors. Limited to UI changes, each design choice reinforced our commitment to user-centric design and insights driven by experimentation.
Outcome
Our redesigned WaterAid funnel has become a beacon of success, guiding donors to support millions. Through agile methodologies, rapid adjustments, and clear communication, I turned a challenging client relationship into a thriving global partnership. By prioritising accessibility and usability, we streamlined the donation process, making it inclusive and impactful. Today, my design template remains the foundation of WaterAid’s funnel, advancing their mission with a user-centered approach and allowing for ongoing UX enhancement.
